We have completed hundreds of single family homes over the fifteen plus years the company has been involved in carpentry. Everything from starter-homes, semi-detached units, multi family, standard bonus room over garage houses, and of course custom homes.
With a three man crew and a crane, we typically complete a custom walk out home in approximately 10-20 working days depending on size and complexity. A more typical suburban garage/bonus room home in approximately 10 days.
At Sternco Incorporated we take safety seriously. Our experience in commercial as well as residential building has allowed us to develop and understand safe working techniques. We feel that our experience puts us head and shoulders above most residential crews working in the Calgary area today. We use the most appropriate equipment for the job available and best building methods. Our director is a Red Seal Journeyman and also holds NCSO and CRSP safety designations to ensure that quality, production and safety are constantly in balance allowing us to make good cost effective progress on your projects.
